Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
At PDR Tool, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, please review our return and refund conditions below.
Return Period
Customers may return unused products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. However, we reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approval.

However, unless the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or our shipping error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and related charges.
Exchanges or Incorrect Product Selection

Professional PDR tools must be used according to their intended purpose. Any improper use voids warranty coverage.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. However, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide photo or video evidence.
