Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Accurate Customs Declaration
PDR-Tool complies with international shipping regulations and customs laws. Therefore, all shipments are declared with accurate product descriptions and actual purchase values. We do not mark shipments as “gifts,” undervalue goods, or provide false customs information.
Customer Requests for Value Changes
Customers may not request that shipment values be altered or misrepresented to reduce customs duties or taxes. For this reason, such requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Liability for False Declarations
Providing inaccurate customs declarations may result in fines, shipment confiscation, or legal penalties imposed by customs authorities. As a result, PDR-Tool is not responsible for any losses, delays, or penalties caused by customer requests to modify customs documentation.
Order Cancellation Related to Customs Requests
If a customer insists on altering customs information or requests a fraudulent declaration, PDR-Tool reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund before shipment. In such cases, the transaction will be closed immediately.
Import Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities, and they are the full responsibility of the customer.
By placing an international order, the customer agrees to act as the official importer and assumes responsibility for all import fees, duties, taxes, and related charges. Additionally, customs regulations vary significantly by country and may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for checking import regulations and restrictions before placing an order. However, our company cannot predict or control customs charges, processing times, or clearance requirements.
Customs Delays
PDR-Tool is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, inspections, documentation requirements, or local import procedures. Furthermore, customers may be required to provide additional information or documentation to customs authorities.
Failure to provide required documentation may result in shipment delays, storage fees, or return of the shipment.
Responsibility for Customs Payments
Customs authorities may contact customers directly regarding payment of duties or taxes. Therefore, customers must respond promptly and complete required payments.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in shipment confiscation, destruction, or return to sender. In such situations, PDR-Tool is not responsible for any resulting loss.
Refund Limitations for International Shipments
