When working metal from behind during PDR, small high spots can sometimes appear. The PDR Toleblock allows technicians to precisely level these raised areas in the clear coat while minimizing contact with the surrounding paint surface.

Removing Paint Runs and Dust Nibs

Designed for micro-sanding small clear coat imperfections, including dust nibs, paint runs, surface defects, and scratches before final polishing.

Precision Dry Sanding

The PDR Toleblock can be used with self-adhesive abrasive strips, such as Kovax Tolecut Size S / 1/8 sheet. Dry sanding allows the technician to monitor the sanding process and see the results immediately without using water.
